- My mailbox is in need of repair. Who is responsible and how do I update?
- The homeowner is responsible for maintaining their mailbox. We have included details on replacement parts in Documents on the website
- How do I get Wynnfield communications on events or neighborhood happenings?
- Email notification: all official board communications to homeowners are sent via email. By adding your email information to your account details on the Wynnfield website, you will be included in our email list.
- GroupMe chat: we have an informal neighborhood chat via the GroupMe app. Neighbors use this platform for a variety of questions such as recommendations for home services providers (electrical, plumbing, etc), needing a babysitter or alerting neighbors of concerns (theft, soliciting concerns, coyotes in backyard, missing pets, etc). If you would like to be included in this chat, a current HOA member in the chat can provide an invitation to join or reach out to any board member to be added.
- I am planning to sell my home. Is there anything needed from the Wynnfield HOA?
- The title company will want a statement from the Wynnfield Homeowners Association showing the balance on your dues account is zero prior to closing. This request is often called a Dues Current Statement and can be requested by emailing our Wynnfield Treasurer wynnfieldhoaboard.treasurer@gmail.com
