Key Things to Know about Wynnfield HOA
- How to request a Dues Current Statement:
Visit our Contact Us page and select our Treasurer contact to make your request.
- Association Fees:
Our 2026 annual association fee is $140 which is due in full on January 1st.
We provide a grace period until January 31st before interest is applied for late payments. Any dues payments after January 31st will be considered late.

- Annual HOA meeting: During the 1st quarter of each year, we invite all homeowners to an annual meeting to review our prior year expenses and budget for the new year.

- We are a fence-free neighborhood (other than pools)
- External changes (construction, paint, etc) need approval from the HOA board
- Detached structures for storage purposes are not permitted
- To maintain a visually appealing neighborhood:
- RVs, boats or inoperable vehicles are not allowed to be parked in front of your home.
- Garbage cans must be stored out-of-sight following garbage pickup.
