General Announcements

The Association dues for 2026 are now $140.00 and are due on January 1st. with a grace period to January 31st before interest is applied. The Post Office Box will be cleared out on January 31st and any dues payment after that date will be considered late. Please allow 3 days for mailing to ensure the payments beat the deadline. Dues can be paid by check to Wynnfield Homeowners Association, P.O. Box 72 Chanhassen, MN 55317.
